Introducing Claritex

These new extruded films are ideal for graphics applications such as overlays, nameplates, membrane switches, warning labels and signage. The Claritex™ polycarbonate films feature exceptional clarity and ink adhesion. Providing light transmission from 85% to 89%, Claritex™ films allow excellent reproduction of colors and printed detail.

The new screen print films provide superior protection from UV light, chemical spillage and abrasion for second surface printed graphics. The dimensionally stable films also allow printers to maintain tight registration of multi-colored prints. The print-ready polycarbonate films are easily die cut, embossed or thermoformed.

Claritex™ films are now available in velvet/polish, velvet/matte, and velvet/fine matte surface finishes, in 3 mil to 15 mil film thickness. These products also come in 24.5” x 48.5” sheets. Standard roll width is 48". CET can also provide custom finishing, sheeting and converting.

The velvet, matte and fine matte finishes prevent reflections that could obscure readability and detract from the aesthetic appearance of the printed graphic. The mar-resistant velvet finish also hides any unsightly surface scratches. Special order colors are available upon request.
